S&P 500 Jobs Pulse provides workforce tracking data, job listings, and analytics for S&P 500 companies. The Service includes a web application and a weekly email newsletter.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account using Google OAuth or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
By creating an account, you will automatically be subscribed to our weekly newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Redistribute our data or content without attribution
5. Data Accuracy
The workforce data, job listings, and analytics provided by S&P 500 Jobs Pulse are aggregated from public sources and may not be complete, accurate, or up-to-date. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for employment, investment, or business decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, content, and data compilations, is owned by S&P 500 Jobs Pulse. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
