When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and (if using email/password signup) a securely hashed version of your password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google's OAuth service.

We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information through standard web analytics.

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain your account
• Send you our weekly workforce newsletter (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• Improve our service and user experience
• Send transactional emails (password resets, account updates)

We use the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth — for account authentication. Google receives your authorization request; we receive your profile information.
• Beehiiv — for newsletter delivery. Your email address is shared with Beehiiv when you subscribe.
• Vercel — for hosting and infrastructure.
• Neon — for database hosting.
• Resend — for transactional emails (password resets).

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed from our database and you are unsubscribed from our newsletter.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Delete your account and all associated data via the Settings page
• Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us at the email below

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage. We use HTTPS for all communications. Sessions are managed via encrypted JWT tokens. We do not store payment information (there are no paid features).

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.
